When we consult with clients, we do a curb to curb analysis of their home. We share what buyers may think or concerns they may have. We offer a great many suggestions and explain why we’re making them. The best way to start a new listing is to give homeowners the tools they need to prep the house for the best possible presentation in today’s competitive market. After the walk through, clients can also opt to receive a written report they can use as a punch list to start becoming proactively involved in the selling of the home. We work with both agents and homeowners directly.
